You only need to use the built-in time clock or timesheet to record employees' work hours, or you can enter employees' gross pay amounts directly. On payday, all you have to do is to click on the Process Paycheck button to generate the paychecks for all employees at once. This tool calculates federal tax withholding, Social Security tax, Medicare tax, and withholding tax for all states. It prepares the State Employer's Contribution and Wage reports, Forms 941, 944, 940, W-2, W-3, 1099-Misc, and 1096.
