Among the supported features are: Case Management, Case data structure customization. Management Reports. Browsing cases. Querying cases history. Adding Case notes. Users sign up, forgot your password, and role assignment. My Cases, and my profile.

Sinergia's business logic is implemented using Windows Workflow Foundation.
