As I entered my twentieth year in business, I looked at what's out there in the marketplace. Either I found high-end franchise software out of Canada (great stuff), with assigned territories, that costs thousands (no kidding) or some very low-end "me-too" software that is just laughable, to be kind, with its generic phrases that are used in most everyone's name as the opening paragraph.
