Auto-Mate is an add-in for Outlook that allows you to automatically move or delete mail from your Inbox (or other folders) based on custom rules you define. While Outlook already provides a set of rules, they can only be applied immediately when the message arrives, and not periodically in the background. Auto-Mate can apply rules to messages when they are received or sent as well as after they sit in your Inbox for a period of time. Auto-Mate has many custom actions including: Status, Categories, Flag Status, Reply, Forward, Export, Detach attachments, Copy, Move, Delete, Alerts, Print, Execute Programs, and more.
