Workshare Protect ensures that no document sent beyond your walls exposes sensitive data no matter what file type or application you use. Working both online and offline, Workshare Protect can be configured to remove content risk, convert content to appropriate formats, and apply content rights. Workshare Protect is a rules-driven program that installs on your PC (a gateway appliance is also available to bolt onto your network), and examines your content no matter what state it is in or where it is going. Through a host of proprietary and specialized technologies, Workshare Protect inspects inside your files and ranks your content through default and custom settings.
