JxDocument is a cross-desktop solution that enables displaying PDF documents in Java Swing UI. The library also allows for converting PDF pages to Java images and reading text from PDF document pages. JxDocument supports Windows XP SP2, 7, 8; Server 2008, Server 2012, Mac OS X 10.8 - 10.9 (Intel); Ubuntu 10 and higher; Oracle and Apple JDKs 1.6 and higher; 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
