ALLConverter to PSP is a free video converter for Windows. It allows you to convert video files into an MP4 file that can be then played on your Playstation Portable or other mobile multimedia playback devices, including phones, iPhones, and a variety of other devices.
The application uses an image of a Sony Playstation Portable as a graphical user interface. On the screen of the device, you will be able to play the video file that you add to the interface. And while you are converting it, the application shows snapshots of the video. There are quite a few buttons on the GUI. The buttons on the right part of the screen are used for video playback and the ones at the bottom of the screen and to the left of the video player are used for loading the video files and accessing the "About" window.
ALLConverter to PSP seems to accept most standard video formats. I tested it with an MP4 file and an MKV file. Both files opened just fine and converted without any problems. The resulting MP4 file was playable on VLC.
