It is a simple but very useful software application in the hope to assist researchers in the process of generating arbitrary sampling data for evaluation of algorithms and methodologies e.g. the assessment of the variation of variogram in regards to different dispersion types of the sampling points, or analyzing the results of the interpolation methods regarding arbitrary distribution of data sets. (and even more as you can imagine!) It has also possibility to be used as a digitizer handling digitizing in a very innovative method (copyright 2010 alghalandis) by the facility to adjust the opacity of the application. This feature allows the user without any necessity for importing or loading the image (actually anything on desktop) to start digitizing. All points on the scatter plot can be easily repositioned by single click and drag. From the legend panel the user can choose the value for the third parameter (e.g. grade). User can define 16 colors corresponding to any value which can be adjusted by pressing key on each cell of the legend palette. The resulting table on the right side can be easily exported via menu as a tab-delimited text file.
