Kwikpay United Kingdom Payroll

Kwik-Pay supports the payroll statutory requirements of the United Kingdom including tax and other statutory deductions, and all mandatory reporting. It also provides leave management for multiple leave types.

The basic functions include:
- calculation of income tax, NI and pension deductions for UK and Isle of Man
- calculation and management of statutory holiday and sick pay
- HMRC reporting, including internet filing and plain paper P60s
- ability to create any number of different pay elements
- interfaces to banks for the payment of net pay and deductions
- interfaces to popular accounting systems
- user editable report layouts

The software is free to use for employers with 5 or fewer employees, and is charged on an annual subscription, including software updates and email support, for employers with more than five employees.

The application is written in Visual Basic, and can utilise a Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL Server database for data storage.
