Requirements Whiteboard is a system for structured requirements management, authoring, review, documentation, discussion and publication.

RWB povides an easy-to-use outline view of your structured requirements. You can add components and features as necessary and add requirements to these to provide as much or as little detail as you need to. You can also work by pooling requirements as a system develops and then defining the components and features organically.

Each requirement has proposed and approved text as well as a status. All interested authors and reviewers can add comments as discussion for each requirement and an approved requirements document can be published.

The requirements document can be published as a draft for review, as a draft with review comments or as an approved version. It can be either printed or exported in a variety of formats such as RTF and PDF.

Full on-line help is provided, as is a manual which can be printed and distributed to users.

The Reviewer Edition can be used standalone, but is intended for use alongside the comprehensive Author Edition.
