Workshare Professional Download

Workshare Professional is a package of tools for enhancing the sharing of Office documents. Most of the features this package introduces integrate into your existing Office Installation, only Workshare Compare is installed as a stand-alone program (you can use it to compare two documents: it will show you what the differences are and display a detailed report).

In each Office program, this package will install a new new toolbar tab, titled Workshare, which will show you the tools divided into groups called "Review", "Compare", "Protect" and "Reporting".

In the "Review" group, you will have access to the tools that help you combine several PDF documents into a single document, manage the changes made in a document and send it by email. "Compare" will let you launch the Workshop Compare program. "Protect" includes tools that will analyze risky content, save the current file as a PDF document, send it by email as a PDF document, rewrite the selected text or assign a classification to it. "Reporting" will let you generate Audit, History and Risk reports.
