Connect your device to the PC via USB cable.
Run pangu.
let pangu identify your device.
Don't worry whether you can't see/read characters on pangu interface. interface will be weird otherwise you have installed Chinese language pack on your PC.
Make sure you have unchecked the odd looking check box below the Jailbreak button.
click Black Jailbreak button (The one and only button on the interface)
pangu will start and reboot your device after few minutes.
Process will complete itself and you will have Cydia icon at the end of pangu Jailbreak.
