ImTOO FLV to MOV Converter is a very simple video converter. It only supports conversion of files between Flash video files (FLV) and the Apple QuickTime format (MOV). It is a good tool if you want to convert videos that you have downloaded from the Internet into the MOV format for playback on Macs or other playback devices by Apple.
This application's graphical user interface, which is used by countless converters by Xilisoft and other brands like 4Media and ImTOO, is an excellent GUI. It offers everything you need in a single window. There is a video player for quick video playback and you can use it to take snapshots of your videos which you can save in a few different formats. There isn't a video editor, though. Although there is only one conversion profile, you can change some of the settings.
In terms of performance, ImTOO FLV to MOV Converter works quite well. In my testing, it converted a 27-second clip into a MOV file in less than 10 seconds. The resulting file played great on QuickTime on my Mac. The quality was identical to that of the FLV file.
