ConfidentialityWizard helps you to create legal confidentiality agreements in the U.S. The advantage of using this program is that you don't need to be an expert; the wizard guides you step by step and makes recommendations about how to complete the required information. If any of the steps is incomplete, or requires attention, the program will show alerts.
You can specify if you are the disclosing or receiving party, and you can use up to two disclosing parties and up to four receiving parties in the agreement. You can specify if the disclosing or receiving parties are legal or just personal entities and specify their title, such as inventor, owner president, etc. You can specify what will be the technology to be disclosed and if its patent protection has been sought. You can specify the period of time that the receiving party's confidentiality obligations will last. You can include non-compete clauses. You can specify under which state law the Confidentiality Agreement will be interpreted. You can include arbitration and specify the type of arbitration that will be used. You can set the days that the confidential information must be returned upon written request.
After introducing all the necessary information, you can preview the agreement and export it to a Word file, HTML file, print it, or just save it as ConfidentialityWizard document.
