The EAC iData Tool Kit provides an application program interface to perform common tasks of enrollment and Identification. This encapsulates calls to different components involved in Enrollment and Identification process. These APIs will allow any external application to integrate and interact with the current IrisAccess system running EAC software.
The iData Tool Kit consists of two interfaces namely, IEacApi and IEacApiEvents. IEacApi contains methods to connect to IrisServer and perform enrollment or recognition. Enrollment process is implanted in the form of 3 APIs so as to first create a good quality Iris code, verify the IrisCode generated and finally register with the IrisServer using the User ID provided.
Recognition process requires that enrollment has been performed successfully. All APIs raise relevant events to provide status of execution, description of error that occur and the images that get captured to a client application. These events are defined in the interface IEacApiEvents.
