Training Manager 2008 Enterprise is the network version of Training Manager 2008 Standard Edition; concerning everything else both versions are just the same.
This program is basically a database to help enterprises manage all their information related to personnel training, centralizing all documents involved and allowing data sharing over a network, including Internet. Given the characteristics of the software and the fact that any regular Windows-based PC can be used as the server, users won’t need to meet demanding system and hardware requirements to install and run Training Manager.
As usual in products of Kaizen Software – the developer of Training Manager – the basic concept is simplicity. That means a simple and intuitive interface that can be learnt just within a few minutes for any user trained in the use of computers. Five tabs compose the whole system. These tabs correspond to each main table in the database: Course Catalog, Class Sessions, Personnel, Assignments, and Reports.
