TradingNet is a simple database software used to manage all the Trading Document of your company. It will generate Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, Official Invoice. Further more, a simple Sales report and Invoice report ( Account Receivable report ) The document can send through email or save to hard disk. Unlike other document software, the graphical documents that generate by TradingNet can't be changed or altered by recipients.

Remote Access TradingNet Database over internet, able to view product and order details during overseas trip. ( with user's own Window XP or Server & V.P.N. connection )
Support all kinds of graphic file format: .jpg .tiff .gif .png .bmp
Save as a single graphical file. No installation require for recipients to view it.
Power search functions.
Support Bar Code Scanner input and search function.
Print to .PDF format and view by Acrobat Reader.
Save document as snapshot .snp file format. Which is a Microsoft Window default file. Any Window OS is able to view it without installing any viewer software.
All print out is able to export to Word or Excel file for further editing.
