The goal of every level is to reach the flag by playing cards without getting beaten by the enemies. The game is turn-based, so you make your moves and then it's your opponents' turn. To capture the flags you have to move Spongebob onto the purple squares surrounding the flag. There are four different card types, but you'll need all of them to win. There are move, attack, defend, and fragile cards, and each of them contains useful information. The more you know about your cards, the better your chances of success. You can also get more cards by defeating enemies and breaking barrels. You also have to play attention to SpongeBob's health and energy. Energy recharges after each turn, but health doesn't. What is more, the are different belts which hold the cards that you take with you in battle. You can complete mini-missions in each area to get bigger and better belts.
