Keys to Manhattan is a hidden object game in which you play Emily, a girl who uses some money she found to clean and repair her uncle's home. As you play, memories of her childhood appear in the form of vignettes telling you her story. Emily visits different parts of the house, where she finds keys to open other properties that belong to her uncle. Every room you visit is a hidden object game that reveals one key. Each scene contains 20 hidden objects that you have to find. However, the objects do not appear in a list like in most hidden object games. They appear three at a time, so whenever you find one, another is added, and so on. The items are not really easy to find, as they are cleverly hidden. Fortunately, there is a question mark that reveals the shape of the object you are searching for. For those items, there are also hints which reveal their location. You have a certain amount of time to finish all the scenes and they certainly get more and more difficult as you progress in the game. Unfortunately, it doesn't include an untimed or relaxed mode, so if you don't like stressing games, don't waste your time trying it. Every time you finish a game, new furniture and decorative objects are available, and the only thing you have to do is locate them in their correct places in the house.
As for the graphics they are very good and detailed, and the music is fine.
All in all, the game is nice and pretty challenging, but I wish it included some mini-games to add a little variation and a relaxed mode.
