Quick Pause has been developed to assist with the common problem of keyboard and mouse overuse. This is an increasingly important health and safety issue with Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) and Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS) becoming more common. Quick Pause offers preventative and analysis modes. In preventative mode Quick Pause will remind you to take breaks from your computer. Quick Pause allows you to specify when you want to take breaks. Optional online tools also freely available.
