Instant Dispatch acts like an instant messenger on your desktop. When an incoming message arrives, you will hear a car horn audio alert and you see a pop-window appear at the bottom of your desktop screen.
Upon opening it, you can view all relevant dispatch information including incident location, tow-to location, vehicle information, and coverage details.
You have up to 4 minutes to accept or reject the dispatch or request an additional minute. If you do not respond within the four-minute time frame, we'll call you.
