Ultimate Paint Freeware Edition is a graphic editor for Windows.
This program includes features available in most graphic editors, like the usual tools to create, view and modify images, such as brushes, lines, curves, fills, cuts, add text, color pick and change, erase, clone, etc. Ultimate Paint Freeware also allows you to acquire images from TWAIN sources, such as a scanner or a camera.
The not-so-common features that this program offers include the ability to send pictures via email, batch convert files between formats, add different types of frames, capture a part or the whole desktop and import the wallpaper image to edit it or export the current image to be used as a wallpaper. The program allows to directly modify the Windows´ startup, waiting and shutdown screen. You can use different skins to customize the program´s appearance.
The free version of this program is nearly the same of the trial version, but does not support Adobe Photoshop plug-ins, and has only twenty built-in image filters.
