XnView is an explorer and images converter. It is very fast and easy to use. But what is most striking is that it has the support of more than 400 graphic formats. It’s simple but with a striking appearance at the same time, allowing us to change the appearance of buttons and other options.
In the aspect of navigation is very complete letting us to explore the system in two panels: left panel showing us the folders and right panel the images that the folder contains. The navigation of the images is use tabs allowing an easy navigation between images.
Its setup is extremely simple, is totally user-friendly. You may consider XnView a program between an editor and a viewer by the aspect of import and export supported formats. It let us to make a lot of changes in the image quality but it didn’t let us to make manual changes as you can do in other programs reason why this program is more a viewer than an editor.
Also provide an option to manage scan images directly using the program and allows the rating of images.
It is a program that manage image only, in other words. Generally we looks for a program that let us convert and edit more than quality and effects, but if you only want to view, improve the quality and change formats, XnView is the best option.
