PolarSoft is a software solution creating company with website available in German; they have developed many software products to support various development teams across the globe. DirReader is a wonderful product out of PolarSoft's software product treasure. DirReader is an absolute free ware however if user like it can donate via Paypal to the PolarSoft. DirReader is a tool to make list of data quickly in a text file from any directory. At the top of the DirReader window user can see which directory is being browsed, user can also select different directories from their hard disk. After selecting the files on left hand side, with simple one click button the text data would be listed in the right side panel. DirReader has a very small downloadable with easy installation process. However the uninstall of DirReader does not clear the registry completely; it is very useful tool to covert data in to text files. DirReader also has and extra feature available with an extended/paid functionality which offers HP File Rename from version 1.51. DirReader is still not available with Linux though it is available for most of Windows platforms.
