SPiCE 121 for ISO 15504 and ISO 20000 is an assessment tool for both standards (reference models), supports an integrated approach of SW Engineering following ISO 15504 / SPiCe and IT Service Management according to ISO 20000. Contains all functions you need to perform an assessment. You can save your assessment to a file, you can print the charts and generate a Word or HTML report.
Contains the software SynEval which is needed to evaluate the results of several assessments. You can compare assessments on a graphical basis (charts) to analyze the differences very quick and efficient. Word and PowerPoint Reporting templates are customizable.
