Messaging Voice Player uses Code Excited Linear Predictive (CELP) voice-enhanced encoding technology to record and play high-fidelity, high-compression voice recordings. This technology is specifically designed to encode human speech and results in recorded files that are about six times smaller than Microsoft WAV files. As a standalone application, subscribers can reply over the Internet, in their own voice, to messages from anyone using Web Messaging or Internet Messaging for the AnyPath® Messaging System or CA/Sierra® messaging platforms.
