SynthMaster is a semi-modular synthesizer software. Included with the software is a multi-effect plug-in, which will help you to combine many various synthesis methods together. Some of the various methods that are included with the plug-in are; ring, amplitude, frequency/phase and pulse/width modulation. Also included are additive and subtractive synthesis, osc sync and waveshaping.

SynthMaster has the following features to offer. 3 Additive Oscillators; each one of the oscillators has their own volume and frequency envelope. 3 Multi-mode filters; each one of the filters has an incredible 23 modes, which range from 1 to 4 poles. The filters can be connected in three different configurations: series, parallel and split. 4 Modulators; they can be utilized as LFO’s(low frequency oscillators) or audio rate oscillators. Each modulator has its own envelope. Also featured in the software are 2 MIDI LFO’s, 2 – 32 Step Patterns (which are user adjustable and will allow you to create patterns in rhythms other than 4/4) and an 8 band parametric EQ is another great feature.

Another feature with respect to this software is its Step Arpeggiator. The arpeggiator that has been utilized in the SynthMaster Software is above other arpeggiators that have been developed. Every step has its own volume, length and delta. You as a user can adjust the number of steps, so therefore it is very easy to generate arpeggios in rhythms other than the typical 4/4, such as 8/7, 9/8, 5/8, and so on.
