CampBrain is a program that can manage every aspect of your camp.
By using it, you can easily keep track of the registration, billing, medical, transportation, bunk and group assignment, transportation and scheduling. The program allows you to enter data about the members of your camp, generate reports, lists, labels, summaries, calendars, invoices and more.
CampBrain shows all the details about the people in the camp, and let you assign them into groups, schedule events for them, assign transportation for each group, bill each person separately, track payments, organize calendars, send products and everything you will have to use when you manage a camp.
The form that you use to enter information can be easily edited using Microsoft Access. The tools will allow you to build a Camp Store, where you will be able to enter all the information about the products that you are going to sell to the campers, including the price and taxes that will be charged. Through the CampBrain options, you will be able to customize how you want the program to manage every piece of data.
