The Renovations and Alterations software automatically produces a range of reports at a click of a button. Here are just a few examples of the reports it produces:
- Summary: this is your own personal summary, showing you the costs for materials, plant and labor for each section of work to be completed. It also gives you the option to increase or decrease your mark up percentages for profit on materials, plant, labor and overheads.
- Clients Summary: this is the summary you can provide to your client, you are able to show them each stage of works and the costs per stage e.g. Foundations etc. You are able to limit the amount of information you give to your customer by hiding the labor hours, materials, plant and labor costs etc.
- Material Order Sheet: the program will produce a list of all materials required for the quote, it will list them clearly for each sections of work e.g. Foundations, Walls, Plastering etc.
- Written Quotation: there is no need for you to sit for hours typing out the written quotation as Renovations and Alterations does it all for you! The program generates a professional looking quotation with an introductory paragraph. The quotation is fully editable by you; if you want to add your own personal touch to the quote you can add your own company logo. You can also export the quote to Microsoft Word at a click of a button to change font themes and sizes.
