Calclipse™ is a math tool written in Java™. Calclipse comprises a scripting framework containing a software library for evaluating mathematical expressions. The Calclipse framework defines a scriptable component type, called MComp (Math Component). MComps make a powerful extension mechanism for the Calclipse framework. Caldron is the name of a GUI front-end for Calclipse. Caldron enables the user to evaluate expressions and execute scripts interactively. Caldron is intended to be an easy-to-use calculator, while being flexible enough to harness the full power of the Calclipse scripting environment.
