myFloorplan Designer Download

myFloorplan Designer is an application for designing floor plans. Targeted for both professional real estate professionals and home users, this is a intuitive and easy-to-use program.
The interface is clean and well designed, containing a large working space and a Photoshop style toolbox in the right side.
Users can choose between creating a plan for a room, a whole floor, or for a garden. For the first option there are also specific sub-types available like bathroom, living room, and even garage.
Once the space is selected, the user can fill it by dragging and dropping various design elements from the toolbox. These are divided into 22 categories, from arrows and lines to doors, furniture, flowers, or bushes.
Each element or room background is scalable, and can also be painted in various colors. Overall surface is automatically calculated in feet or meters, allowing a good control over the plan area.
A text can be added to each element for functionality details, and the plan can be personalized with company's logo.
Plans can be saved as image formats like JPG,WMF, BMP, PNG, documents like MS Word and PDF, or in the proprietary format .FPP for later editing.
