BibleMax Swedish Bible Download

Downloading BibleMax Swedish Bible 1.0

Swedish is a Germanic language that is spoken mainly in Sweden and in some areas of Finland. This BibleMax module features a Swedish translation of the Bible. It seems to be the version published in1917, according to some comparison tables found on the Internet. Although it was deeply revised, its language is slightly antiquated. Sweden is a Lutheran Protestant country, and thus, this version of the Bible follows the guidelines established by Protestant theology. For this reason, you will not find those books that are considered apocryphal by most Protestant denominations, such as Tobit, Judith, some parts of the book of Esther, both Maccabees books, and others. These books are collectively known as Apocrypha.

You will need to download and install BibleMax's core software to run this module. You can have it for free it at the developer's website. There, you will find dozens of different Bible modules in different languages. Also, you can order the free CD-ROM that contains all the free modules plus many more, as well as maps, commentaries, references, and of course, the latest version of the core software. If you are a cleric, a scholar or a serious Bible reader, all those programs and modules will be very useful for you.
