Album Shaper is a photo editor and an album creation tool. It allows you to create HTML albums from your pictures. It also has a built-in photo editor which allows you to carry out very basic and simple touch-ups. You can enhance the color, balance, contrast, levels and grain in your pictures, and you can also erase red eyes. Also, you can rotate and crop your picture and apply a few effects like black and white, sepia, mosaic, etc.
Album Shaper is more powerful when used to create web albums than when used to touch up pictures. You simply add your pictures by dragging and dropping them. For each one of them, you can add a brief caption that will appear under the picture when the album is created. You can also add some information about the album itself, such as name, description, author, etc. When you are ready to make your album, you can simply click on "Save as", which will bring up the export wizard. There you can choose from a few built-in templates for your album. They are fairly basic, but look very good nonetheless. When you export an album, you will get a new directory with copies of your final images and a few HTML files. Those will be your albums. You can simply link to those files on your website to share your pictures. I didn't find any other export options other than HTML publishing.
All in all, Album shaper is very easy to use. It is quick and has some nice editing tools, and it is free.
