The graphical user interface enables control room operators and supervisors to create and recall display wall layouts by drag and drop and by mouse click.
Alternatively, the software can remain hidden from view and respond to commands from a touch panel, to outside events or to a built in scheduler which makes changes automatically at preset times and dates.
In addition to controlling all of the devices, and processing the images for display on the wall, the D-Wall software suite also contains modules that monitor the health and status of the hardware, both display wall cubes and the processor hardware itself.
Operators can see the operating conditions, lamp status and running hours, and check internal temperatures.
If anything needs attention, the system can send email alerts - making the 3000 system suitable for remote and unattended installations.
The D-Wall suite includes utilities such as a ‘ticker' to display messages on the display wall, multi mouse-cursor to allow up to ten operators to interact with the wall and a module for controlling external switchers.
The D-Wall software suite, processors and displays, all from Mitsubishi Electric, provide a complete display sub system guaranteed to work perfectly together.
