Media Center Health Monitor monitors the health of all of your Media Center systems even if they are not connected to the home server as clients.
The events are collected and displayed in the application window and are available via a web application which makes it great for monitoring multiple machines. It also has a status icon in the task bar: green is ok, yellow is a warning and Red is a service issue.
It can also be configured to send emails if a recording fails and there is also Twitter integration,
