Shutdown Delay is a small utility to shutdown your computer automatically. There are many situations when we can’t switch off our computers manually. For example, when an important process isn't finished yet, but we have to go somewhere or just need to sleep. Nobody wants to pay for uptime that he/she doesn't use. Besides shutting down your computer this utility can perform a restart, log off or system lock. You can schedule any of these actions for a certain date and time or just start a special timer. The program has a very simple and easy-to-use interface. All required settings can be found on the main window of the program. Here you can also customize some program's options like main window's transparency and staying always on top. You can easily minimize the application's main window into the tray and open it again using a special tray icon. Also you can activate special notices that will warn you about forthcoming shutdown. Shutdown Delay includes a small help file that has the information about all its features. It has very low system requirements and won't slow down the performance of your computer.
